What does the application process look like?

Step 1: Prepare and record a “Video introduction”. Step 2: Download, complete and submit the “Application form” and the “Video introduction” via the Application page. Now you’re done! ????

Any tips for the video introduction?

The material should be filmed in English and should not be longer than 2 minutes, size up to 50 MB, everything else is up to you. Try to express your energy and motivation and show why you would be a good fit! The video doesn’t have to be professionally edited, so don’t worry if you are not a video editing master!

How many open positions do you have?

In Europe, we currently have around 70 open internship positions spread across four internship areas.

Can I apply to any country?

No, you cannot, unless you have a working visa permit and a permanent residence.

How long does the program last?

The program lasts for 12 months.

Do I need to be a student to apply to this internship?

No, and that is great! If you are up to 30 years old, you can apply for our internship program any time. We are happy to have you on our team!

Can I apply even if I don't have work experience?

Yes, why not! You have to start somewhere! If you are up to 30 years old you can apply for our program.

Is this a full-time position?

Yes, you will receive a one-year full-time contract that also includes vacation days and flexibility for potential exams.

Is the internship paid?

Yes, it is. The salary will apply to local legal payment regulations.

Do I need good English skills?

Yes, you will need good English skills. During the program you will often be communicating with peers / colleagues from other countries.

I applied for multiple roles, can I be considered for all of them?

Yes, of course. But at the end of the recruitment process you will be considered for only one internship area.

Can I apply again next year?

You can go through the program only once. However, you can reapply again if you weren’t recruited when you first applied.

Tips for an interview?

Before the interview take some minutes to breath in and out and relax. Make sure to think of your milestones, strong points, achievements. Show us your enthusiasm and personality. Think of some questions you might have about us. You can even look on our website to learn more. And don’t be too stressed, we are humans with emotions too! Good luck!

How long does the hiring process take?

After you apply, depending on the number of applicants, the recruitment and selection process will start right away. You will receive the final feedback before July, when the program starts.
